In this video, Dr. Shawn Standard shares answers to many parents’ frequently asked questions about shoe lifts. What is a shoe lift? When is a shoe lift necessary? How is the lift size determined? What problems can develop from an untreated limb length difference? Will my child develop hip and back problems? How many hours should the shoe lift be used daily? Should a lift be worn during sports? How do you convince a pre-teen or teen to wear a lift? Dr. Standard answers all these questions and more.
