The Ponseti Method for Clubfoot – Dr. John E. Herzenberg

In this video by MD Orthopaedics, orthopedic surgeon Dr. John Herzenberg at the International Center for Limb Lengthening explains how he learned about the Ponseti Method for treating clubfoot before it was commonly utilized around the world. He describes how he consulted with Dr. Ponseti and how he eventually went from operating on all of his pediatric patients with clubfoot to using the Ponseti Method of casting on almost all of his infant patients. Dr. Herzenberg has become a leading expert in using the Ponseti method and teaches orthopedic surgeons around the world how to use this casting technique.
